What is Unlimited Monitoring and Support?
• We monitor your network and repair any problems that we get alerts for
• Provide Unlimited Support for those problems that can’t be prevented
• Provide technical support for your server and users at no additional charge
• Provide an automated back-up system for your important data
• Provide any additional services we feel will help your Organization’s network perform it’s best
How to enter:
Submit the following, in any format, to aplymire@hiqnetworking.com with “contest entry” in the subject line.
1. Two pages or less essay describing what your organization does
2. A brief description of your network (how many computers, users, servers, etc…)
3. Why you need our help (have you been having constant problems)
4. How would our services help your organization perform better.
After we review the finalist we will perform a network audit on the finalist to determine a winner. The network audit will:
 Review your system back-ups
 Scan for Spyware and Malware
 Check for viruses and virus definitions
 Review Security Updates and Patches
 Review Firewall and Security Settings
 Perform a visual scan of the server room for proper cabling and safety
 Check system performance and settings
 Check the hard disc space
 Conduct a brief QnA session with users to assess their procedures and any network complaints.
After the review we will make recommendations that we feel will make your network run more efficient and more secure regardless of whether you win the Unlimited Monitoring and Support.
